About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Legacy Hall, LLC is responsible for leading social media strategies and executing marketing initiatives to enhance customer experiences and drive traffic to the venue. This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful event marketing and engagement with the community through social media and influencer partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, calendarization, and execution of social media handles for Legacy Hall & the Lexus Box Garden, specifically on IG, FB, TikTok, and limited Twitter.
• Work directly with content creators to deliver planned social content and create real-time content via Lives, Stories, etc.
• Stay up to date on social trends and algorithm updates.
• Monitor engagement, followers, and conversion metrics for ticketing.
• Ensure all Tier 1 events and ticketed events are listed on relevant Dallas media event calendars.
• Build relationships with Dallas nightlife, food, and music influencers based on true partnerships.
• Collaborate with the Legacy operations team to enhance guest experiences and drive traffic.
• Assist with marketing plans and executions for Tier 1 events and ticketed events alongside the marketing manager and GM.
• Provide monthly analytics around all social channels and utilize data to optimize marketing approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
• Proven experience in field/hospitality marketing (1-3 years), preferably for a consumer-facing/entertainment experience.
• Strong collaboration skills and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in social media management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
