About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Lincoln Tech will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing initiatives for the company's campuses. This position involves collaborating with senior marketing staff to manage various marketing projects, maintain event calendars, and ensure effective communication with vendors and internal departments. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the growth of Lincoln Tech's presence across the nation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update campus start and event calendars
  • Follow-up on creative approvals for numerous campus-related marketing pieces
  • Track creative assignments within our internal creative services group
  • Organize creative library & testimonial archives
  • Communicate with vendors, campuses & internal departments
  • Assist with invoice and purchase order processing
  • Research and learn different marketing technologies
  • Participate in creative aspects of the marketing department
  • Maintain promo item, collateral and signage inventory
  • Provide administrative support to senior marketing staff and team as needed
  • Help organize and attend events/ trade shows

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator or similar role
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multi-task
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong conceptual skills
  • Ability to produce reports and correspondence
  • Proficiency in MS Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
