About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Apex Dental Partners is responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing various projects aimed at enhancing the company's marketing efforts. This role involves assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials across traditional and digital channels, managing online reputation, and ensuring high-quality communication with patients. Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and tracking of marketing content across web, social, print, and email channels.
• Manage the online reputation of all affiliated dental practices.
• Respond and interact with the public on multiple online platforms.
• Copy edit, proofread, and ensure quality of all patient-facing communications.
• Publish content to websites and social media channels.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting key metrics.
• Assist with on-site event preparation and logistics, as needed.

Requirements

• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Strong administrative and time management skills.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented.
• Overall knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and advertising strategies.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc).
• High energy and passionate about marketing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
