The Marketing Coordinator executes Division administrative marketing tasks, plans and coordinates events, and performs basic digital marketing functions. This role involves managing social media and customer reviews to ensure brand consistency, executing initiatives on social media platforms, Zillow, and via email marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will also plan and execute community events, such as Grand Openings, Showcase/Parade of Homes, and Realtor/Special events. Additionally, the role includes mapping and logistically coordinating all signage throughout Hakes Brothers communities, including directional signs, available/sold t-stake signs, model home signs, flags, and flag poles. While large signs will be installed by a contracted service provider, the Marketing Coordinator will physically install, maintain, and remove smaller signs, flags, and flagpoles. The Marketing Coordinator will create, update, and distribute various marketing materials, including QMI/inventory sheets, hot sheets, base pricing sheets, pricing plaques, newsletters, digital sales packets, and flyers. Collaboration with teams, other departments, and third-party partners for information dissemination and event planning/coordination is also a key aspect of this role. The position requires extensive planning, design, and execution of signage and flags for new community launches, as well as the procurement and maintenance of these materials until community closeout. The Marketing Coordinator will also contribute to the Google profile, create Zillow community profiles, and manage social media and email marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Division administrative marketing tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate events, including Grand Openings and Realtor/Special events.
  • Manage social media and customer review platforms to ensure brand consistency.
  • Create, update, and distribute various marketing materials such as flyers and newsletters.
  • Coordinate new community launches, including planning and execution of signage and flags.
  • Contribute to Google profile and create Zillow community profiles.
  • Create and schedule graphics and copy for social media and email marketing.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute Grand Opening/Release events.
  • Schedule photographers/videographers for community documentation.
  • Seek out sponsorship opportunities to maximize sales release and brand awareness.
  • Install, maintain, and remove signage and flags as needed.
  • Research and coordinate details for digital and in-person special events.
  • Create and maintain digital assets for marketing purposes.
  • Audit and update marketing information across various platforms.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Journalism or related field preferred.
  • Two to five years' relevant work experience preferred.
  • Must own or have access to a vehicle for daily work.
  • Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), Canva, and Google Suite platforms.
