The Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing and business development operations across all office locations for Cline Williams Wright Johnson & Oldfather, L.L.P. This role involves overseeing budgets, generating ideas, and facilitating professional development. The coordinator will also prepare organizational communications, promotional materials, and manage media relations while analyzing competition. Some travel is expected for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee firm operations related to marketing and business development across all office locations.
• Manage budget and idea generation for marketing initiatives.
• Prepare organizational communication and promotional materials.
• Handle media relations and analyze competition.
• Collaborate with clients, prospects, referrals, attorneys, and other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Prior professional services marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of professional services marketing and applicable ethical rules.
• Experience with marketing technology.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders in a team environment.
• Maintain confidentiality and use discretion.
