About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Prosperity Training Center is responsible for enhancing student enrollment by providing prospective students and referral sources with essential information and assistance. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork to effectively grow the business and engage students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about connecting individuals with educational services and will possess a creative approach to marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and respond to student inquiries, converting them into enrolled students.
  • Identify community partners and develop working relationships within the area/region.
  • Represent Prosperity Training Center to the community through speeches and presentations about educational services.
  • Communicate with various organizations, businesses, clubs, and schools to build awareness of the Center's services.
  • Direct marketing efforts and chair internal marketing meetings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships within the community.
  • Assist students in understanding enrollment policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the facility and outside organizations to encourage enrollment.
  • Obtain new partnerships and business opportunities for revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, public relations, or business preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in marketing, business development, and content creation strongly desired.
  • Ability to work late evenings and weekends as needed.
