About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will support marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving engagement through various channels. This role requires a combination of creativity and analytical skills, as the coordinator will work with cross-functional teams to execute and monitor marketing campaigns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Coordinate content creation for various channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the advertising team to create print advertising materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Support the execution of events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Attend local meetings around the area.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (preferred).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques across various media channels.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics platforms for measuring campaign performance.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.
