About the position

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various marketing programs, advertising initiatives, events, and trade shows. This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, implementing, and coordinating corporate, branch, and buying groups marketing programs.
  • Implement the company's annual promotional events or programs.
  • Execute short and long-term advertising programs.
  • Implement advertising programs consistent with marketing and product objectives.
  • Design, develop, produce, and prepare creative graphics.
  • Create marketing collateral materials such as brochures, direct mail, advertising, website materials, posters, packaging, and logos for products and services.
  • Maintain promotional goods inventory.
  • Prepare promotional literature for various audiences including company personnel, special target groups, and selected industries.
  • Conduct research, compile and type reports.
  • Coordinate meetings, preparing and distributing agendas, meeting materials, reserving and preparing facilities.
  • Organize and coordinate trade show exhibits, seminars, and meetings to promote new products.
  • Assist in planning and implementing internal and external company-related events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and other graphic software programs.
  • Project-oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Flexibility to work on weekends due to events.
