About the position

Soleo Health is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves collaboration with various teams to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives and achievement of business objectives, particularly in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including social media posts, blog content, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in managing the company's digital presence, including social media platforms, the company websites, and the internal SharePoint site.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
  • Assist with organizing the trade show materials and shipments, as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all event details are well-organized.
  • Write content outlines and drafts as needed for internal and external communications.
  • Review content prepared by the team to ensure spelling, grammar, and format errors are noted and corrected.
  • Monitor and report on digital marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in analyzing data and present findings to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing shared work folders, maintaining project documentation.
  • Assist with researching, sourcing, and managing new digital tools to support graphics design, content creation, and messaging distribution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • 1-3 years of experience or relevant internship experience.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, healthcare experience preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting marketing databases, email, social media, and/or advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of ad-serving tools.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
