About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at NuSet Dental Implants and Oral Surgery plays a vital role in enhancing the organization's brand awareness and revenue through strategic communication and marketing efforts. This position involves acting as a brand ambassador, connecting with potential patients and referring doctors, and managing various marketing initiatives to promote the services offered by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify dates and coordinate all educational events.
  • Schedule and coordinate 8 meetings over the course of a one year period.
  • Coordinate all seminars for the group.
  • Oversee that meetings where CE credit is being given out falls under CERP Compliance and send out CE verification letters after the meeting.
  • Book and coordinate all details with a point of contact at each venue.
  • Coordinate all travel and accommodations for special guest speakers.
  • Create and send all invitations and acquire financial support for events while maintaining an annual budget.
  • Maintain and track a referral base marketing budget.
  • Schedule and track the booking of 1-2 lunch or dinners per week with doctors from the ABCD list.
  • Plan and coordinate 3 major referring doctor office deliveries per year (Spring, Fall & Christmas).
  • Plan and coordinate 2-6 referring doctor office deliveries per week in-between major deliveries.
  • Assist and oversee the creation of bi-weekly newsletters to ensure newsletters are sent to our providers and that the providers list is up-to-date.
  • Oversee the acquisition of private and public reviews, set monthly goals for the team, and track progress of monthly acquisition.
  • Send thank-you cards and brownies to those who leave Google reviews.
  • Create slides and videos for the reception area presentation and oversee premade content for the reception area presentation.
  • Update patient education brochures and digital solutions.
  • Train staff on how to use digital patient education solutions (i.e. Chairside / Consult Pro).
  • Oversee post-appointment patient surveys, respond to negative surveys, and share positive surveys with the staff.
  • Create and advertise the patient referral program.
  • Observe reception area for positive or negative patient experiences and present solutions for negative experiences.
  • Observe live interactions between patients and reception area staff members and review phone calls between patients and reception area staff members.

Requirements

  • 1 year of marketing experience required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in writing skills preferred.
