About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and organized marketing coordinator to join our team at Sparks Wiz Limited, an engineering consulting firm specializing in various engineering fields, including structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and environmental engineering. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand's presence in the industry. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a passion for engineering and technology. Note: This position is open to candidates within the United States only. As a marketing coordinator, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our services and expertise. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for various channels, including social media, email, and our website. Your responsibilities will also include developing and editing marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, newsletters, and blog posts, ensuring that all content aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates our value proposition. In addition to content creation, you will manage and update the company’s website and social media profiles to increase engagement and visibility. Monitoring and analyzing website traffic and social media metrics will be essential to inform our marketing strategies. You will also assist in organizing industry events, trade shows, and client seminars, handling logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up communication. Conducting market research to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and client needs will be part of your role, as well as collaborating closely with engineering teams to gather project information and success stories for marketing purposes. Administrative support will include maintaining marketing databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions, as well as assisting in budget tracking and reporting for marketing activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the engineering or consulting industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
