About the position

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be at the helm of coordinating and executing impactful marketing campaigns across multiple brands. Your success will hinge on your ability to effectively communicate, problem-solve, and organize, while fostering a unified approach that enhances our brand's market perception and drives sales growth. You will collaborate with digital and marketing teams to craft campaign strategies, set objectives, define success metrics, and establish KPIs. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand goals. You will also collaborate cross-functionally to develop compelling sales promotions and initiatives, taking ownership of campaign deliverables to ensure quality and adherence to brand standards. In addition, you will be responsible for developing engaging print and digital marketing materials, as well as insightful reports and presentations. Keeping the organization informed of marketing events and promotions will be crucial to driving awareness and engagement. You will continuously analyze campaign performance, leveraging both quantitative data and qualitative insights to optimize future initiatives. Leading event and tradeshow strategy will be part of your responsibilities, identifying and managing opportunities to maximize brand exposure and generate leads. You will support the Senior Marketing Manager in executing event objectives, with a focus on lead generation and customer advocacy. Maintaining organized marketing databases and materials will be essential, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Upholding brand consistency across all communications, presentations, and collateral will be a key aspect of your role, along with managing relationships with external vendors, tracking invoices, and managing budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
  • External or in-house agency experience in traditional and digital marketing desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
  • Graphic and email marketing design experience preferred.
