As a Marketing Coordinator at Brookdale Gables Farmington, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the effective administration of marketing efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include providing marketing support services to the sales staff, which involves utilizing sales processes and systems to track information, compile data, and meet community revenue goals. You will also be responsible for administrative support within the Sales Department, attending daily sales meetings, and maintaining communication with the community sales leader and other key associates regarding prospective move-ins. In this position, you will act as a liaison between new residents and the community, coordinating the move-in process to ensure it is efficient and welcoming. This includes ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, scheduling movers, and preparing residences for new residents. You will also coordinate with maintenance and operations on unit turnover and maintain listings of unit availability for the sales team. Additionally, you will assist in scheduling and executing events aimed at lead generation and advancement, ensuring the sales office is stocked with marketing materials, and representing the community at outside events to increase awareness. Your role will require you to maintain a working knowledge of the lead management system, input sales and marketing activities, and prepare data for weekly and monthly reports.
