Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of CRM data, including contact lists
• Execute marketing campaigns through the CRM system
• Analyze proposal data to identify trends
• Generate reports on marketing activities and results
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution
• Monitor and address desk tickets and marketing inbox related to marketing operations
• Contribute to social media strategy development and implementation
• Coordinate thought leadership initiatives, including working with authors and posting content
• Monitor news and award mentions related to Abdo and clients
• Coordinate and manage the sending of gifts and thank you notes to clients and referrals
• Assist with event coordination and logistics
• Assist with employee apparel store planning

Requirements

• Associate's degree in communications, marketing, or related work experience
• 2+ years experience, professional services setting preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, social media management, and data entry
