About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at ONE Sotheby's International Realty plays a crucial role in managing marketing programs and supporting agents with sophisticated marketing tools and strategies. This position focuses on enhancing agent performance, streamlining services, and improving program efficiencies through proactive problem-solving and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance agent performance and drive business success.
  • Provide marketing support to agents as needed, ensuring smooth operation of the ONE Assistant program.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents seeking assistance or information regarding program benefits and services.
  • Regularly assess and identify roadblocks faced by agents based on feedback and communicate findings to management.
  • Manage the tracking, recording, and billing processes for 'A la Carte Design Services' and ensure accurate invoicing for agents.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to prepare detailed reports by collecting and analyzing data from the programs.
  • Efficiently manage daily communications from the marketing email address, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Requirements

  • Experience and understanding of graphic design, copywriting, social media, and email marketing required.
  • Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Previous work experience as a Real Estate marketing specialist.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
