About the position

As a Marketing Specialist at Tooth Fairy Mobile Dental Service, you will be instrumental in enhancing patient engagement and driving practice growth through innovative marketing strategies. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and attracting new patients while improving the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns across digital and traditional channels, focusing on patient acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including dental professionals and customer service, to align marketing strategies with patient care objectives and service offerings.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize patient engagement and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Establish partnerships with local community organizations and participate in local events to increase brand presence, build trust, and generate new patient leads.
  • Create and manage content for social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), engage with our online community, and monitor performance.
  • Write compelling copy for website updates, email newsletters, social media, patient education materials, and advertising.
  • Optimize content for search engines and work with the team to ensure our website is user-friendly and up-to-date.
  • Track and measure campaign effectiveness, patient acquisition rates, and engagement metrics; report on performance with insights for improvement.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and implement best practices to improve search engine rankings, driving increased traffic to the Tooth Fairy Dental Mobile Dental Service website.
  • Collaborate with the design and development team to enhance the website's user experience, ensuring intuitive navigation, fast load times, and mobile-friendly functionality.
  • Create and manage a content calendar that includes regular updates and blog posts focused on dental health tips, patient testimonials, and service highlights to keep the website engaging and informative.
  • Support Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with our brand voice and visual guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or senior living related fields.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), website management, and CRM systems is a plus.
