About the position

The Witmer Group is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide comprehensive marketing support, manage materials, and ensure brand consistency. This role requires creativity, organization, and strong customer service skills to effectively support the marketing department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate social media and web content updates.
• Assist in creating promotional materials, including sales kits and brochures.
• Manage and update CRM data using HubSpot.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Coordinate advertisements, signage, and branded collateral (e.g., fleet vehicles, banners, and business cards).
• Support content creation, including articles, press releases, e-blasts, and award submissions.
• Help organize and participate in special events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with WordPress and experience in CRM software (HubSpot).
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
