About the position

The Marketing Coordinator at Makios Technology is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's brand and growth objectives. This role requires a proactive individual with creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail to manage various marketing-related tasks, including social media management, content creation, and event planning.

Responsibilities

  • Create, design, and distribute engaging monthly newsletters.
  • Plan and schedule daily/weekly social media posts across platforms.
  • Utilize scheduling tools to manage and automate social media postings.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility.
  • Maintain and update website content to align with marketing campaigns.
  • Organize company events, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
  • Manage and coordinate corporate gifting strategies for clients and partners.
  • Implement recognition programs for employees, including birthdays and work anniversaries.
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of internal and external signage.
  • Manage the production and distribution of branded clothing and uniforms.
  • Coordinate vinyl work for branding purposes.
  • Assist with designing marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
  • Write and coordinate the creation of articles related to newsworthy topics.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target audiences.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the company's branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate press releases and media outreach.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external partners and sponsors.
  • Help manage marketing budgets for maximum impact.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update customer and prospect databases for targeted outreach.
  • Support internal marketing efforts to keep employees informed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a marketing role with demonstrated success in executing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in basic graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Experience with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
