About the position

As a Marketing Coordinator at Hutton Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Marketing in executing various marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness and engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include creating monthly content calendars for social media and email marketing, ensuring that all marketing initiatives align with the hotel's brand identity. You will lead the tactical execution of marketing initiatives across the property, including the Analog and Evelyn's venues, and will be responsible for all graphic design projects, which entails designing, editing, and proofing high-quality creative materials for both print and digital platforms. In addition to graphic design, you will collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials and services. Your role will also involve developing and managing various marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items. You will assist in planning and executing company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities, while also managing and maintaining the hotel's social media profiles to ensure consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns will be crucial, as you will provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on your findings. Furthermore, you will be tasked with researching upcoming artists, shows, and design trends that are relevant to the brand, assisting with ongoing marketing projects, and training co-workers on effective social media usage. This position requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and technical expertise, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite and video production. Your passion for music, travel, and hospitality will be essential in contributing to the hotel's marketing efforts and overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Director of Marketing to create monthly content calendars for social media strategies and email marketing.
  • Lead tactical execution of marketing initiatives across the property including Analog and Evelyn's.
  • In charge of all graphic design projects; responsible for design, editing, and proofing of creative for print and digital.
  • Work with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.
  • Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in hotels and/or restaurants.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time and project management skills.
  • Resourceful and proactive self-starter.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite with hands-on graphic design experience.
