About the position

Intuit is seeking a Marketing Copywriter/Content Designer to lead the marketing content strategy and execution for a new professional tax preparation offering. This role involves collaborating with creative teams to produce compelling marketing copy that drives engagement and generates leads, while also fostering strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure effective communication and project management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively partner with other content and visual designers to craft clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop close relationships with cross-functional marketing partners to create trust and facilitate honest communication.
  • Manage multiple project workstreams with complex timelines using strong communication skills.
  • Provide guidance on visual and content design to marketing partners, supported by customer-backed insights.
  • Champion change and contribute to the product's creative strategy by applying Design for Delight principles.
  • Utilize an analytical mindset to drive business objectives through effective content design.
  • Show inclusive leadership through collaboration and recognition of diverse opinions.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in copywriting or content design.
  • Background in Direct Marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in writing for email and Paid Digital Media.
  • Applied experience in Figma.
  • Knowledge of content design principles and methods across integrated marketing communications.
  • Curiosity for new ideas and commitment to customer feedback for innovation.
  • Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing craft and collaborative process.
