About the position

Intuit is seeking a Marketing Copywriter/Content Designer to lead the marketing content strategy and execution for a new professional tax preparation offering. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create compelling marketing content that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified leads, while also championing change and innovation in the product's creative strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaboratively partner with content and visual designers to craft clear and compelling copy for marketing campaigns.
  • Develop close relationships with cross-functional marketing partners to foster trust and effective communication.
  • Manage multiple project workstreams with complex timelines, ensuring expectations are appropriately communicated.
  • Provide guidance on visual and content design to marketing partners, supported by customer insights for effective communication to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the product's creative strategy by applying Design for Delight principles and learning from customer feedback.
  • Utilize an analytical mindset to drive business objectives through effective content design, transforming complex language into approachable communication.
  • Show inclusive leadership through collaboration, recognition of diverse opinions, and empathy towards others.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in copywriting or content design.
  • Background in Direct Marketing is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in writing for email and Paid Digital Media (Social, Display).
  • Applied experience in Figma and knowledge of content design principles.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A dazzling online portfolio showcasing strong craft and collaborative process.
