About the position

The Marketing Copywriter at Careington International Corporation is responsible for creating compelling copy that supports both B2B and B2C marketing efforts across various platforms. This role involves collaborating with design teams and multiple departments to ensure consistency and accuracy in marketing materials, while also staying updated on industry trends to enhance content quality and relevance.

Responsibilities

• Write copy for digital marketing efforts including emails, websites, banner ads, and webinars.
• Create print marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement the overall look and feel of marketing materials.
• Work with various departments to ensure project consistency and accuracy.
• Develop unique content concepts to promote DialCare and its virtual care products.
• Create and utilize copy templates for ongoing communications.
• Establish strong interdepartmental relationships to understand client needs and marketing strategies.
• Stay current on telehealth trends and share insights with the team.
• Research and meet with other teams to enhance understanding of company products.

Requirements

• Degree in journalism, communications, advertising, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of professional copywriting experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize different tones of voice for various audiences and marketing pieces.
• Business-to-business writing experience desired.
• Knowledge of the healthcare benefits industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience with brand strategy and implementation support preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
