About the position

Laine Honolulu is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing & Creative Assistant. This role involves supporting our marketing efforts and contributing to the visual identity of our brand, working closely with the owner to create engaging content and assist with campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, and email campaigns.
• Help manage and maintain our social media profiles, including content scheduling, tracking performance metrics, and more.
• Support email marketing efforts by designing visually appealing email templates, writing compelling copy, and assisting in segmenting and analyzing email lists.
• Assist with jewelry, clothing, and product photography, ensuring high-quality images that highlight the details and beauty of our products.
• Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies to help inform our marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have experience in marketing, content creation, or related field.
• A passion for jewelry, fashion, clothing, and an appreciation for design aesthetics.
• Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to take initiative.
• Experience with design and team software (e.g., Canva, Google Suites).
• Basic photography skills and knowledge of photo editing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
