About the position

The Marketing Creative Director at Jockey is a pivotal role responsible for leading the creative strategy and execution of all marketing initiatives. This position aims to develop and implement innovative visual communications and content campaigns that resonate with Jockey's brand values and enhance consumer engagement. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the creative vision for Jockey's marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business goals.
  • Lead a team of talented designers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with the campaign and content teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and product positioning.
  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion, including brainstorming, storyboarding, design, and final production.
  • Lead pre-production, production, and post-production of all Jockey photo and video shoots for the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and corporate communications.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate new ideas into Jockey's creative strategy.
  • Oversee the budget and timeline for creative projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Utilize campaign performance insights to inform future creative decisions.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a Creative Director or in a similar senior level creative leadership role.
  • Solid experience in the apparel and/or fashion industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital, print, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Passion for learning and utilizing Generative AI for content development.
  • Strong understanding of brand development and marketing principles.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform creative decisions.
