About the position

In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our marketing strategies by analyzing and interpreting data to uncover insights and trends. You will work cross-functionally across different teams throughout the business to optimize campaigns, enhance customer targeting, and improve overall marketing performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, has strong analytical skills, and possesses the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining reporting to monitor and forecast key marketing and sales metrics and performance indicators, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance using various analytical tools. You will provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing strategies, workflows, and tactics. Additionally, you will conduct primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence and understand the competitive landscape, analyze consumer preferences, market conditions, and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. You will assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media, and monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve effectiveness and ROI. Performing customer segmentation analysis to identify target audiences and tailoring marketing efforts accordingly will also be part of your role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives. Documenting process flows as needed to provide constructive feedback and developing reporting to monitor and aid will be essential. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (S.M.E.) as needed.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with marketing analytics and data reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation.
  • Experience presenting to the C-level is preferred.
