About the position

NinjaOne is scaling rapidly, and we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Data Analyst to collaborate across global teams and drive accelerated business growth. Reporting to the Manager of Marketing Analytics & Data Science, you will spearhead pivotal initiatives, crafting sophisticated, actionable analyses, delivering incisive business recommendations from diverse, complex datasets, and leading the development and optimization of data pipelines, analytical frameworks, and reporting systems. Your advanced proficiency in Tableau and SQL will be indispensable, enabling you to create visually compelling dashboards and execute precise, high-impact queries that inform strategic decision-making. With your deep business and marketing acumen, you will work closely with senior leaders to shape strategies and uncover levers driving revenue growth across paid and organic channels. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize effectiveness and efficiency on marketing funnel, channel, and campaign performance.
  • Partner closely with the growth team to build marketing and sales full funnel performance by channel, evaluate ROI, and provide recommendations on budget allocation.
  • Develop in-depth reporting and analysis on website performance, such as user behaviors on button and link clicks, user pageview journey, website conversions using different attribution methods, etc.
  • Serve as the crucial link between data and decision makers, translating business requirements into specific reporting and analysis, and translating data back into actionable insights that drive alignment and tangible business outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain data pipelines, dashboard, reporting, and analysis as needed.
  • Streamline and automate data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow, preserving data integrity, and expediting insights.
  • Support any ad-hoc reporting and analysis to understand user behavior, investigating emerging trends and diagnose data discrepancies.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Analytics, or Computer Science required (MS preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience in an analytics-focused role supporting marketing / website / business reporting and analysis functions. SaaS company particularly in supporting marketing teams experience preferred
  • Expert in handling complex datasets, data automation, SQL, modeling, and Tableau and experience working in a large-scale data warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Python, Databricks, DBT or equivalent tools with a focus on time series models, multivariate regression models, and hypothesis testing preferred
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with experience delivering compelling presentations to stakeholders
  • A demonstrated capacity for self-managing roadmaps and independently executing complex strategic projects
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing ambiguity and complexity with ease.
