Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the database to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data.
• Conduct thorough analysis of marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and implement segmentation strategies for campaigns.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights on performance metrics.
• Create reports and dashboards for marketing and other stakeholders, presenting complex data visually.
• Work closely with teams to understand their data needs and support them with relevant data and insights.
• Assist in market research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in database management and data analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, SAS) and knowledge of CRM systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and digital marketing trends.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

• Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
