About the position

The Database Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Marketing Team by providing administrative services, ensuring accurate data management, and enhancing guest experiences through effective communication and event participation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform first level proofreading on all offers.
  • Enter data corrections from returned mail and/or phone calls from Player's Club Members with high level of accuracy.
  • Call Player's Club Members to remind them of upcoming events, gifting and/or taking VIP reservations.
  • Perform administrative duties in support of the Marketing team.
  • Participate in event promotions and gifting, including checking guests in/out, set up and serving, and performing Event TM responsibilities as requested.
  • Answer inbound calls about marketing events, general questions about the property, and questions about direct mail offers.
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with all departments, including property or service concerns.
  • Ensure integration of the Three Rivers brand purpose into all processes, communications, and guest/team member experiences.
  • Maintain awareness of, and effectively communicate to team members, property-wide/company promotions, events, and programs.
  • Provide information and explain Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs to guests as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement for this position is 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have administrative experience to include guest contact.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by TRCR's insurance agency.
  • Intermediate understanding of computer programs, with proficiency in all Windows applications required.
  • Possess or obtain a Food Handlers Card/OLCC License within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, verbally, in writing or by other acceptable means.
  • Comply with pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.
  • Receive and maintain a valid gaming license from the CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission.
  • Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays based on the needs of the department and for special casino events.
