About the position

The Marketing Demand Generation Manager at TerraClear is responsible for driving awareness, leads, engagement, and conversions for the company's rock-picking solutions. This role involves developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing the website, and leading multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and grow the customer base. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and have a strong background in digital marketing and event management, preferably within the agriculture sector.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media, paid search, direct mail, print advertising, and content marketing.
  • Oversee and optimize TerraClear's website to improve user experience, SEO, and lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies through targeted content and messaging for each stage of the sales funnel.
  • Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of TerraClear's participation in industry events and trade shows.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, including website KPIs, lead generation, lead conversion, and event ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with business goals and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing websites, preferably with WordPress, and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for informed marketing decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, text marketing, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience in trade show and event participation execution.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A good sense for design and the ability to write compelling copy.
