About the position

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing construction technology startup as a Marketing Coordinator & Designer at SmartBarrel, located in Miami, FL. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founding team and contribute to the growth of our innovative time tracking hardware and software solutions for contractors across North America. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in increasing SmartBarrel's brand awareness, generating new business leads, and expanding our market share. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our marketing efforts across various channels, gaining valuable insights into the construction industry, and promoting the SmartBarrel product to enhance one of the world's largest industries. Your responsibilities will include designing graphics and videos for social media, creating website images, and producing multimedia content in collaboration with designers and videographers. You will coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to brand guidelines. Additionally, you will manage the production of LinkedIn posts, blogs, and lead magnets, working alongside the Director of Content Marketing to create campaigns that convert. Your role will also involve partnership management, where you will collaborate with partners on webinars and marketing initiatives, as well as manage the logistics of webinars in conjunction with the sales team. You will engage with contractors on brand-building exercises and oversee tradeshow and event planning, management, and execution. Furthermore, you will handle the marketing mass email process and the technology required for effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Design work including graphics and videos for social media, website images, and content production
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Production of LinkedIn Posts, Blogs, Lead Magnets
  • Work alongside the Director of Content Marketing to create campaigns that convert
  • Manage partnerships, working with partners on webinars and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar
  • Expert in Canva, Adobe Suite, and video editing tools
  • Start-up experience preferred
  • Construction industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Desire to grow and learn with the job
  • Experience with HubSpot
