About the position

The Marketing Design Coordinator at Buffalo Construction, Inc. is responsible for designing and executing high-quality, brand-aligned materials that support various marketing efforts, including proposals, events, and signage production. This role requires a creative individual who can manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail and brand consistency. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and contribute to enhancing the company's marketing presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, and manage the production of on-brand signage for various projects and company needs.
  • Create and produce high-quality branded collateral, such as brochures, presentation templates, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and produce visually appealing and brand-consistent proposals.
  • Maintain and update all proposal components, including company information, resumes, project experience, and more.
  • Assist in the creative design and production of event materials, including signage, banners, brochures, and other event-related collateral.
  • Maintain and update company templates, ensuring they are current, on-brand, and effectively support marketing and proposal efforts.
  • Update and maintain the company's website to ensure content is fresh, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
  • Develop creative content for social media channels that align with the brand's voice and marketing goals.
  • Design and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and online advertising, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
  • Manage and organize the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to brand-approved materials for the team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating skills in design, print production, digital content creation, and branded collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other design software.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Experience managing accounts on multiple social media platforms.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including campaign creation and management.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to produce on-brand creative assets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a relevant business discipline (5 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
  • Experience with proposal development and writing.
  • Photography skills and experience with editing tools are a plus.
