This role will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our marketing initiatives. The Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist will be responsible for creating compelling visual content and managing our marketing efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, designing marketing materials, managing social media channels, developing promotional content, and supporting our overall brand strategy. In this position, you will create visually appealing graphics for print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, email campaigns, and website content. You will ensure that all designs are consistent with our brand guidelines and reflect our company's values and mission. Additionally, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our services and projects. Managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms will also be a key responsibility, where you will create engaging content that drives interaction and engagement. You will develop and edit content for marketing materials, including blog posts, press releases, and newsletters, and conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities to improve our marketing strategies. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with project management teams to support their marketing needs and align efforts with business objectives.
