About the position

The Marketing & Digital Communications Specialist at Huntsman Corporation will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external communications for the Performance Products Division. This position involves planning, developing, and executing various marketing initiatives, including product promotions, social media campaigns, and digital content management. The specialist will ensure that all marketing materials align with Huntsman's branding guidelines and are consistently updated to reflect current offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content development, design, production, and distribution of marketing materials with outside designers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency of new content with external website and marketing collateral.
  • Develop a schedule for reviewing and updating outdated marketing materials.
  • Design social media campaigns to promote products and events.
  • Coordinate translation of marketing materials for international use.
  • Manage event and tradeshow participation in the Americas region.
  • Write content for global newsletters and internal communications.
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots with vendors and Corporate Communications team.
  • Uphold brand and trademark standards in all projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, public relations, or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in corporate communications and marketing, preferably in the chemical, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales activities for chemicals or manufacturing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms, social media, and email communications.
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
