Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute relevant and innovative social media campaigns as directed.
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns.
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
  • Schedule and manage postings across company social channels.
  • Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
  • Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations and product development teams.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Utilize AI tools to optimize timing, verbiage and imagery for posts.
  • Create captivating content (videos, infographics, posts) to highlight our properties.
  • Plan, create, publish and share new content that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness, and encourages community members to engage with the brand.
  • Optimize digital advertising efforts to position our brand effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Directors on overall digital strategy.
  • Handle reputation management responses promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director & Company Leadership to address any negative feedback.
  • Utilize tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to design eye-catching visuals.
  • Infuse social media channels with engaging videos and graphics.
  • Utilize internal proprietary marketing platform(s) for curated content.
  • Attend functions, community events, and industry gatherings.
  • Be the life of the social space, representing our brand with enthusiasm.
  • Bolster your network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.

Requirements

  • Education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Technical Savvy for all social media equipment.
  • Basic photography and videography skills.
  • Creative writing skills.
  • Vibrant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to actively engage with the community.
  • Independent problem-solver.
  • Knowledge of AI based tools for efficiency.
