About the position

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Legacy Health is responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving online engagement. This role involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and a creative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on supporting the organization's strategic business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive online engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Oversee marketing/digital programs and supporting technology systems based on defined objectives.
  • Manage vendor account relationships, contracting, and project scoping.
  • Coordinate invoicing and inter-department cost-sharing for marketing programs.
  • Evaluate products and manage system enhancements/upgrades.
  • Establish processes and governance for standardized work and branding.
  • Anticipate and address issues, negotiate timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications, digital/website, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing consumer-facing programs such as marketing, sales, communications, PR, or digital/web in a corporate environment or agency.
  • Experience with program coordination/management for marketing/digital systems.
  • Proficiency in digital content management systems, project management systems, and spreadsheet/word processing applications required.
  • Experience with analytics/data reporting preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Health care background preferred.
  • Experience leading project teams considered in lieu of years of experience.
