About the position

The Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager is responsible for enhancing the marketing efforts of a portfolio of hotels, specifically Pier House Resort & Spa and La Concha Key West, to improve market share and drive revenue performance. This role involves developing and executing omni-channel marketing strategies, overseeing brand stewardship, and ensuring effective communication across various consumer touchpoints. The manager will analyze marketing performance and collaborate with hotel leadership to implement strategic marketing programs that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Enhance the hotels' use of on- and off-line marketing channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance.
  • Develop and execute brand strategy and stewardship.
  • Oversee omni-channel marketing strategy and execution, including experiential storytelling and email marketing.
  • Implement public relations, social media, and reputation management strategies.
  • Manage property promotions, programming, and activations, as well as on-property marketing pull-through.
  • Position hotels as leaders in competitive markets.
  • Align strategic marketing KPIs and structure strategic marketing plans.
  • Deliver relevant and engaging messaging to targeted customer profiles to drive commercial metrics.
  • Analyze marketing performance to make data-driven recommendations on budgets and strategic executions.
  • Ensure development and pull-through of hotels' brand strategy across all consumer touch points.
  • Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing and digital strategy management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and execution.
  • Experience in brand strategy and stewardship.
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with hotel leadership and stakeholders.
