We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant business growth for our consulting firm. This role, which is on-site at our Houston headquarters, combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on digital marketing expertise to deliver measurable results and enhance our market position. In this position, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives. You will collaborate with C-suite executives to shape the firm's overall business strategy and implement data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads for consulting services. Utilizing advanced marketing automation and nurture programs, you will engage prospects throughout the buyer journey and continuously optimize digital channels and campaigns to improve performance and ROI. You will also lead initiatives to strengthen the firm's market positioning and differentiation, developing marketing strategies that enhance the overall client experience and support client retention efforts. Collaborating with consulting partners and subject matter experts, you will oversee the creation and distribution of high-value content that positions our firm as industry experts, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints, including website, social media, resources, and industry-specific platforms. Analytics and performance management will be key components of your role, as you implement robust analytics and attribution systems to track marketing performance across all channels. You will provide regular insights and reports on marketing effectiveness, ROI, and business impact to firm leadership, using data to drive decision-making and continually refining target client profiles to improve marketing efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with Partners, Business Development, and Consulting teams to align marketing efforts with firm-wide objectives, supporting proposal development and pitch processes with strategic insights and compelling marketing materials. Additionally, you will lead account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for key accounts and target industries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of aligned experience
  • Good work history with no consistent job hopping
  • Open to working on-site
