About the position

The Marketing Director at Centrum Health will play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare marketing by creating a consumer-centric care experience. This position involves directing marketing strategies and initiatives across the organization, supporting the Chief Growth Officer, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the marketing function for primary care clinics. The role requires a strong focus on market analysis, campaign execution, and team leadership to achieve corporate objectives and improve healthcare accessibility.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execute multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Develop deep knowledge of market trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights.
  • Meet with internal clients and stakeholders to identify their marketing needs.
  • Lead vendor contracts, negotiations, procurement, compliance, regulations, and legal terms and conditions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on consumer data platforms, including member, contact center, and owned media data.
  • Oversee advertising operations including conversion and online attribution, site tagging, pixels, APIs, and lead generation.
  • Aggregate internal and external reporting to provide a holistic view of performance and campaign impact.
  • Collaborate with key facility/program functions to develop marketing programs and monitor campaign inquiries and impressions.
  • Act as the facility marketing lead/liaison for proactive outbound communication regarding marketing programs and events.
  • Oversee the implementation of the marketing plan for each facility.
  • Market the company's services across all forms of media, either Direct to Consumer (DTC) or via referring professionals.
  • Deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
  • Collaborate with corporate marketing and/or external vendors to guide production, receipt, distribution, and content.
  • Conduct market research to identify requirements for future growth and expansion.
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with external vendors and partners to execute projects, promotional events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts with marketing and other professionals.
  • Ensure creative marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and undergo regular review.
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to senior management.
  • Supervise sales/outreach specialists.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field or equivalent.
  • Six (6) or more years of experience in marketing, with healthcare experience preferred.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in marketing data management and analysis.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and excellent prioritization skills.
  • Four (4) or more years of experience in overseeing marketing campaign strategy, implementation, execution, and optimization.
  • Proven leadership experience with a record of improving KPIs.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer data platforms and analytics tools.
