About the position

The Marketing Director for Related Companies' Commercial Office division will oversee and execute integrated marketing strategies to enhance branding and marketing efforts for commercial office assets. This role requires collaboration with various teams to develop creative campaigns, manage agency relationships, and ensure effective communication of leasing and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead and execute an integrated marketing strategy for commercial office assets.
  • Create presentation pitches, brochures, mailers, advertisements, signage, and websites to engage C-level leads, office brokers, and tenants.
  • Lead business-to-business and leasing event promotional activities across the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with creative, technology, PR, and consultant teams to drive necessary creative assets.
  • Manage agency relationships and stakeholder groups to provide strategic deliverables and feedback.
  • Oversee reporting and research to ensure analytics are up-to-date for leasing and development.
  • Identify and create added value/sponsorship presentations for leasing efforts.
  • Collaborate with employee and digital engagement teams to enhance leasing efforts using CRM systems.
  • Create relevant digital assets for development and leasing efforts.
  • Liaise with PR team for milestone announcements and events.
  • Oversee targeted acquisition campaigns to support earned media for leasing and development programs.
  • Manage the commercial office marketing budget and track reporting with the development team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Prior experience tracking effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Adaptable and able to embrace change and ambiguity.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to form partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
