About the position

The Marketing Director at OneDigital will oversee strategic marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth and enhancing the client experience within the Employee Benefits Practice. This role involves collaboration with various teams and focuses on growth initiatives, client retention, and improving the overall experience for Employee Benefits and Medicare offerings. The ideal candidate will leverage brand-centric, data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention while supporting innovative digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Practice Leader and VP of Growth Strategy to drive the go-to-market strategy for the Employee Benefits Practice.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to employee benefits solutions and mid-market approaches.
  • Collaborate with solution leaders to enhance client experience and tailor offerings to industry-specific needs.
  • Manage and execute marketing initiatives for the Employee Benefits Practice in collaboration with national and field marketing teams.
  • Support product marketing and innovation with Product, IT, and Digital Transformation teams.
  • Develop and implement divisional marketing plans, including growth campaign strategies and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Serve as the key liaison for day-to-day marketing activities within the Employee Benefits Practice.
  • Leverage customer insights to drive retention strategies and improve overall customer experience.
  • Represent the marketing team at various events, including industry conferences and webinars.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, Employee Benefits, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • At least five years of management experience leading entry-level marketing team members.
  • Proven ability to drive growth and deliver measurable ROI through targeted marketing initiatives.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with design tools such as InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and metrics-driven mindset.
