Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing efforts for several companies across the construction and home improvement sectors.
• Run digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Oversee print advertising efforts, including flyers, brochures, and direct mail campaigns.
• Plan and execute events such as home and garden shows and community gatherings.
• Design innovative canvassing campaigns to engage potential clients directly.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
• Develop fresh and creative marketing strategies to differentiate the brand in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with a small team and external partners to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in construction or home improvement.
• Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok for Business, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Strong analytical skills to track ROI and campaign performance.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop bold marketing strategies.
• Understanding of traditional marketing methods, including print and canvassing.
• Experience in organizing and marketing in-person events.
