About the position

The Marketing Director - Global Sales at Lenovo is responsible for driving marketing transformation and execution across the Worldwide and Geo Marketing organizations. This role focuses on B2B segments, including enterprise and SMB, and encompasses Lenovo's full portfolio of solutions and services. The director will lead integrated marketing campaigns, ensure brand alignment, and support sales enablement while fostering a modern, agile marketing team capable of leveraging data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and align integrated B2B marketing campaigns globally across different segments.
  • Partner with corporate strategy and brand teams to craft tailored marketing messages for B2B segments.
  • Lead and streamline the execution of cohesive marketing initiatives through various channels.
  • Maintain a unified brand voice and positioning for B2B audiences across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create and refine sales materials that drive conversions.
  • Assess and evolve the global marketing organization's structure for modern marketing capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches.
  • Lead and inspire a global team of B2B marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 15+ years of demonstrated B2B Marketing experience and success.
  • Proven experience in IT Infrastructure market, software, cloud, or AI markets.
