As the Marketing Director at First American, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and execution for multiple lines of business. Your ability to manage customer segmentation strategies will ensure that the right audience receives the right message at the right time. You will also be responsible for maturing the analytics function, implementing AB testing programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Collaboration with key stakeholders in engineering, sales, product, and service will be essential to enhance the customer experience and present a cohesive brand image. Additionally, you will develop compelling business cases to justify expanded marketing spend based on intelligent risk-taking and present performance summaries to leadership, identifying key opportunities and risks.
