About the position

As the Marketing Director for Luxury Residential, you will lead the marketing efforts to promote our high-end properties to a discerning clientele. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies tailored to the luxury market, where you will oversee a team responsible for implementing SEO, social media, and multichannel marketing campaigns. Your premium skills in advertising sales and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite will be crucial in driving brand visibility and engagement across various platforms. In this position, you will leverage your expertise in performance marketing and e-commerce to optimize our digital presence and enhance lead generation. Your ability to blend creativity with data-driven insights will be essential in ensuring the success of B2B marketing initiatives, setting new standards in luxury residential marketing. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing lead processes, and delivering compelling sales presentations that close sales effectively. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with team members to facilitate the daily operations of the sales office. Your leadership will assist the team in achieving occupancy and revenue goals for our luxury residential buildings, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the overall business objectives. Experience with opening a new luxury residential building is required, as this will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in marketing for new buildings (Preferred).
  • 3 years of experience in luxury residential building marketing (Preferred).
  • Strong expertise in marketing strategies tailored to the luxury market.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools.
