A prominent Columbia law firm is seeking a full-time Director of Marketing to support their personal injury law firm and management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, particularly within the legal field, and will possess a solid understanding of legal procedures as a paralegal. Additionally, the Director of Marketing will oversee the sending and tracking of all retainer agreements, maintaining a comprehensive client and contacts database, and reporting directly to the HR and Managing Attorneys. Training on related mitigation and risk management strategies will also be part of the responsibilities, along with other assigned tasks as needed. This position is integral to the firm's marketing strategy and requires outstanding communication and negotiation skills, as well as demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
