About the position

The Marketing Director for Latin America & Caribbean (LA&C) at Pizza Hut will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across 25 countries in the region. This role is crucial in ensuring the brand aligns with the company's R.E.D Strategy (Relevant - Easy - Distinctive) and involves overseeing marketing plans, collaborating with franchisees, and leading a team to drive sales and brand growth. The position requires a seasoned leader with a strong understanding of the QSR industry and the ability to navigate a complex organizational structure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing Strategy to drive Regional Sales & Traffic Growth in collaboration with the General Manager.
  • Adapt Global Brand Purpose & Growth Agenda to meet the priorities of the LA&C Region.
  • Partner with Franchisees & Marketing Teams to develop Local Marketing Plans, Consumer Promotions, and Pricing & Menu Architecture.
  • Create and provide an Annual Marketing Calendar for the Regional Marketing Fund, including Consumer Research and Product Innovation.
  • Drive Marketing Digitalization through partnerships to enhance Online Penetration Growth across various channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing and sales programs.
  • Mentor and lead a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Build strategic global partnerships to drive Marketing Initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • 7-10+ years of proven experience in Marketing with leadership capacity.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
  • Excellent influence and collaboration skills to navigate a matrixed organization.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all management levels.
  • Experience managing Creative & Media Agencies, Digital Martech, and Consumer Research.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on objectives.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Current Passport, with the ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
