About the position

As the Director of Marketing for Latin America & Caribbean (LA&C) at Pizza Hut, you will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand growth and sales across 25 countries. This role involves collaborating with franchisees, overseeing marketing plans, and ensuring alignment with global brand strategies. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and manage the Regional Marketing Fund, focusing on digital growth and innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with General Manager to lead the Marketing Strategy to drive Regional Sales & Traffic Growth
  • Bring to life Global Brand Purpose & Growth Agenda adapted to priorities and needs for LA&C Region
  • Partner with Franchisees & Marketing Teams to develop Local Marketing Plans, Calendar, Consumer Promotions, Value Offers Architecture, Pricing & Menu Architecture, Product Innovation Pipeline, Digital Growth Strategies, Investment, Media Strategy & Optimization
  • Lead, Create and Provide Annual Marketing Calendar for Regional Marketing Fund inclusive of Consumer Research, Concept Testing, Product Innovation Pipeline, Agency Management, Creative Brief, Production and Toolkit Framework for Markets to implement
  • Drive Marketing Digitalization through Martech partnerships Regionally and Locally to accelerate Online Penetration Growth across channels
  • Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen by understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Teams at a Global, Regional and Local Level to enable effective execution of marketing and sales programs
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
  • Build Plans to drive Marketing Initiatives through strategic global partnerships with regional presence
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and present findings to senior management
  • Lead On-going Regional Virtual Updates & Trainings to inform Regional Performance and Big Bets Progress

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's Degree a plus
  • Proven experience (7-10+ years) in Marketing with leadership capacity
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities to drive Marketing Agenda across the organization
  • Strong influence and collaboration skills are a must to navigate a highly matrixed organization
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication / presentation skills, with ability to partner well with other team members and interface effectively with all levels of management
  • Proven experience managing Creative & Media Agencies, Digital Martech and Consumer Research
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights, and proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics tools and platforms to drive decision-making
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams while working with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity while maintaining focus on key objectives demonstrating leadership, project management, and planning skills
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish written and spoken required
  • Current Passport, traveling up to 25% domestically and internationally
