Marketing Director, Web Strategy & Digital Growth

The Juniper Brand & Web Team is the company's in-house agency for web experience, brand marketing, creative development, and overall brand strategy. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term digital strategy aligned with business goals, ensuring continuous improvement of web performance and user experience.
• Craft compelling customer journeys and recommendations to prioritize business growth opportunities through demand and lead generation on the website.
• Partner with marketing teams to integrate web strategy with paid media, email marketing, and social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Define and track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and SEO rankings to measure and enhance digital growth.
• Lead SEO initiatives and content strategy to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and customer engagement.
• Implement data-driven experimentation and personalization strategies to enhance website performance and customer journeys.
• Develop and optimize strategies to improve website conversions and lead generation efforts.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure a competitive web presence.
• Lead and inspire a team to evolve the company's website into an indispensable demand generation and customer engagement tool.

Requirements

• BS/BA with 9+ years of marketing, website management, and analytics experience.
• Proven experience driving demand generation and business growth through a website and digital experience.
• Strong understanding of digital business models and how to test/optimize customer experiences to deliver business results.
• Experience leading and maintaining uncompromisingly positive team culture.
• Experience with SEO & technical content strategy.
• An innovation mindset complemented by strong analytical skills and an ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Self-starter attitude with a clear history of getting things done.
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships with teams such as product marketing, performance marketing/demand generation, field marketing, etc.
• Strong technical proficiency and understanding of web development technologies, such as Adobe Cloud, Figma, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, analytics tools, and CMS platforms.
