This position is not just about marketing; it’s about embodying the brand and ensuring that every interaction with guests reflects the upscale and elevated image of Chick-fil-A, rather than a typical fast-food experience. The Marketing Director will work closely with the Executive Director team to drive brand and sales growth through innovative marketing strategies and community engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns that utilize Chick-fil-A collateral, ensuring that the campaigns feel locally owned and resonate with the community. You will effectively convey the story and image of CFA Fourth Street, leveraging various tools and metrics such as CFA One, sales data, and local events to inform your strategies. A key aspect of the role involves overseeing all social media efforts, where you will create and manage content that is not only professional and compelling but also engages the audience effectively. Additionally, the Marketing Director will organize and oversee in-restaurant events that create memorable experiences for guests, working closely with schools, businesses, and community organizations. You will also be responsible for ensuring that community boards and promotional materials are updated and installed in a timely manner. Staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements is crucial, as you will need to adapt strategies to meet the evolving needs of the market. Tracking the return on investment for all marketing events and coupon distributions will be essential to measure success and inform future initiatives. Furthermore, you will develop plans to increase outside sales and ADP opportunities while fostering deep relationships within the trade area.
