About the position

The Marketing Director at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston is responsible for leading and developing strategic marketing initiatives for the company. This role involves collaboration with the executive management team and business unit leaders to ensure effective marketing programs that reach target audiences. The Marketing Director will also mentor the marketing department staff and oversee various marketing functions to enhance the company's image and market presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plan for Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston, its business units, and affiliates.
  • Create, implement, and oversee communications programs that effectively support the vision and goals of the company, its business units, and affiliates.
  • Maximize the Company's image, reputation, and goodwill through internal and external public relations.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing and advertising programs and adjust as needed.
  • Conduct research and develop strategies to respond to consumer preferences and market opportunities.
  • Maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the Corporate Marketing Department.
  • Explore and implement effective technology tools and resources for agents, employees, and consumers.
  • Plan, organize, and manage all major company events.
  • Create, manage, and maintain marketing budgets.
  • Hire, train, and manage all Marketing Department staff.
  • Conduct, supervise, and/or participate in tasks assigned by the CEO or designee related to the company and its business units.
  • Manage company and affiliate websites and related SEO to drive traffic leads.
  • Maintain compliance for brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in marketing
  • Five or more years of marketing management experience
  • Experience in a real estate brokerage environment preferred
  • Computer experience including MS Office Suite, Apple and Google products, and video editing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and listening communication skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Broad understanding of technology
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills
